Tipple is published by Toolbelt. By installing and using Tipple, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which governs the iOS app itself.

The app, in plain language

Tipple is a personal tasting journal. It runs on your iPhone. It does not sell, recommend, or facilitate the purchase of alcohol. It is not a medical, dietary, or harm-reduction tool. You're responsible for your own consumption.

Pricing

Tipple is free to download and use for up to 25 lifetime tasting entries, structured + freeform notes, and built-in flavor tags.

Tipple Pro ($14.99 one-time) unlocks unlimited entries, photo attachments, custom flavor tags, location / venue tracking, CSV export, and cellar inventory mode. Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. It is a one-time non-consumable purchase — there is no auto-renewal and no subscription.

What you may do

• Use Tipple to log your personal tasting on as many of your own devices as your Apple ID covers.
• Export your journal to CSV at any time (Pro), from Settings.
• Email us screenshots, ideas, or rage at hello@toolbelt.app.

What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the app.
• Use Tipple to facilitate the sale of alcohol, or to encourage drinking and driving.
• Use the app to violate any law that applies to you.

Warranty disclaimer

Tipple is provided "as is" with no warranty. We make a serious effort to keep your data safe, but we do not guarantee against data loss. Export to CSV regularly if your journal matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolbelt's total liability for any claim related to Tipple is limited to the amount you paid for the app (free, or up to $14.99 for Pro).

Changes

We may update these terms when we ship new features. Material changes will be summarized in the app's release notes.
